Services I Offer

Individual Therapy

Life can bring challenges that feel difficult to navigate alone; anxiety, depression, stress, major transitions, past trauma, or simply the sense that something isn't quite working the way you want it to. Individual therapy offers a confidential, supportive space to explore what's going on beneath the surface, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools for coping and growth. Whether you're working through a specific issue or seeking greater self-understanding, I tailor our work together to your unique needs, goals, and pace, drawing on evidence-based approaches to help you move toward a more fulfilling life.

Relationship Therapy

Every relationship goes through periods of disconnection, conflict, or uncertainty. This is a normal part of being close to another person, not a sign that something is broken beyond repair. Relationship therapy provides a structured, neutral space where partners can improve communication, rebuild trust, and better understand each other's needs and perspectives. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck in the same repetitive cycles or feelings of distance. My goal is to help you and your partner feel heard, understood, and equipped with tools to navigate challenges, both now and in the future.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a specialized, talk-based approach that helps individuals and couples address concerns such as mismatched desire, intimacy struggles, communication around sex, the impact of stress or health changes on sexual connection, or other issues affecting sexual wellbeing. In a respectful, non-judgmental environment, we'll work to identify the roots of these concerns and develop a path toward greater comfort, connection, and satisfaction. Whether seeking therapy individually or with a partner, this process typically involves a comprehensive sexual history to understand the values and history you may be bringing into your relationship with sexuality. From there I will tailor feedback and interventions to your needs; this typically includes the pleasure based sex education you may not have received, mindfulness based interventions to tune into bodily sensations, and figuring out what the sex worth having looks like to you.
